Additionally, for each imported file, users can now see the number of versions that have been imported. This feature provides a clearer overview of file history and ensures users can track and manage file updates more effectively. Furthermore, users can now select multiple folders at the same time. The displayed folders correspond to the project currently opened, but users also have the ability to navigate to other projects directly from this interface.
A Comprehensive Overview of the Page Layout
The updated page layout includes a structured interface designed to optimize file and slot management and accessibility. On the left side, the folder panel allows users to quickly navigate to files they have imported, reducing the time needed to locate specific files and slot used.
On the right-hand side, a dedicated action panel offers multiple functionalities, among others, including:
- File Preview: users can quickly preview their imported files before taking further actions.
- Template Download: allows users to download the corresponding template for the imported file.
- Data Export: users can export file data in CSV and Parquet formats, improving interoperability and analysis capabilities.
- Go To Folder: with a single click, users can navigate directly to the corresponding folder in the DOCS section where the file is stored.
